The agreement, in plain words first.

You keep things here and tell us when to deliver them. We do our best to deliver exactly as asked, and we tell you clearly what we can and can't promise. Lifetime is a one-time payment for as long as Lovingli exists; if we ever have to close, we give you at least 12 months' notice and a full export.

The service

Your account

[One account per person, keeping your email reachable, sign-in links and connected accounts, responsibility for access.]

Delivery and check-ins

Plainly“Just in case” delivery depends on you not answering us and your trusted contacts not stopping it. We can't know for certain what has happened to you; we can only follow the steps you agreed to. Pause check-ins whenever you'll be unreachable.

Your content

[It stays yours. Licence limited to storing and delivering. No illegal content. Storage limits per plan.]

Payment and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* LVG. [Refund policy, e.g. 30 days, no questions. Taxes. Price changes don't affect Lifetime.]

Closing your box

[Your three choices on closing: deliver now, export then delete, delete. Our right to close accounts for misuse, with export offered.]

Limits

[Service provided with care but no guarantee of uninterrupted operation; liability limits as permitted by law; no liability for a recipient's actions with content.]
